How to Return:

  • Contact Us: Before returning any item, please email us at hello@shopsnau.com. This will allow us to guide you through the return process efficiently.
  • Prepare the Item: Ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include your order number. To validate the condition of the item, we require an unboxing video or photos taken at the time of receipt and opening of the package. This documentation should clearly show the unopened package and the condition of the item upon inspection.
  • Send it Back: Return the item to the address we provide after your initial contact. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for any losses during return shipping.

 

Important Considerations:

Product Condition: To ensure acceptance of the return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. If the original packaging cannot be used, please pack the item carefully to prevent any damage during transport. Be aware that failing to use the original packaging may incur additional costs.

Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as personalized products, are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds: We will process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
